By accessing and using NeuronOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeuronOS regarding your use of our AI-native productivity platform.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. AI-Specific Terms

5.1 AI Processing

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content

5.3 AI Limitations

  • We do not guarantee specific results from AI features

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuronOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 User Content

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use your content for service provision
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights to your content
  • We may use anonymized data for service improvement

7. Third-Party Services

  • Any AI-generated content or recommendations
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuronOS and its licensees, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
